Bach Flower Frequencies

Bach Flower remedies are homeopathic flower essences discovered by Dr. Edward Bach in the 1930’s. They help with emotional states that effect our physical, mental, and energetic selves. These remedies have been turned into frequencies by Maree Gifkins.

To select the right one, close your eyes, breathe slowly and ask yourself, what feelings are standing out right now as challenging?

Is it worry (anxiety), heaviness (depression), irritation (anger), pressure (stress), regret (guilt), embarrassment (shame), isolation (loneliness), dread (fear), envy (jealousy), or sorrow (grief)? See the list below and click to expand and show each of the remedies with a description to find the right frequency to listen to. It’s ok to read all descriptions, or use the search.

*To Increase the effectiveness, hum along to the tone to help your body integrate the frequencies. After listening, check back in with your emotions and feel how you’re feeling.
